NIH revises tocilizumab guidance, research details vaccine reactions, alcohol use during pandemic

The NIH recommended tocilizumab for some COVID-19 patients. A case series described delayed skin reactions to vaccination, and randomized trials indicated that ivermectin, azithromycin, and convalescent plasma didn't help mildly ill patients. Several studies focused on alcohol use during the pandemic.
