Wrong-sized blood pressure cuffs give inaccurate results, trial finds
Using a regular-sized blood pressure cuff led to inaccurately low systolic readings in patients who should have been measured with a small cuff and overly high readings in those who should have been measured with a large or extra-large cuff.

Observation has highest utility, lowest cost of options for primary spontaneous pneumothorax

Natriuresis good indicator of decongestion in acute decompensated HF, trial of acetazolamide shows
Patients with decompensated heart failure (HF) who were randomized to acetazolamide had higher urine sodium concentrations (UNa) than those on placebo, and every 10-mmol/L increase in UNa was associated with a lower risk of all-cause death or HF readmission, a prespecified analysis found.
